Does this application go to universities directly?
No, the application is first submitted to the internal team at Azent. They assess the application and make sure it is complete for the university. If there are any more requirements then they will reach out to you. Once the application file is complete, the team will reach out for application fee payment if there is any and then submit the application to the university.
Does Azent have any charges for processing applications?
Azent does not charge any money for processing of application to our client and partner universities. There might be charges for non partner universities in USA, Canada and Germany but you can talk to your counsellor to check for Azent Charges Waiver and if you are eligible.
What is Application Fee?
Most universities have an application fee that needs to be paid to submit the application. Our team will try to find fee waivers or discounts on the application fees if there are any. Based on the best possible solution, the student would have to pay the application fees as directed by the counsellor to process the application submission to the university.
Where do I add the documents?
You can add your documents in:
- Academic Details Section on your profile for education documents
- Test details on your profile for english proficiency proofs
- Application Requirements for your Passport, CV, SOPs, LORs, etc
You can also additionally add documents directly in the application tracking section as well.
