Collège de Paris was founded in 1949 in the city after which it is named, Paris, France. A private higher education institution, Collège de Paris is accredited and associated with renowned organisations like Campus France and International Association of Language Centers. Important landmarks/places nearby: You can begin your exploration of the capital of France with Trompe l'œil, just 2 minutes away from the college campus. Fontaine Saint Michel and Fontaine de la Place Edmond Rostand are places that would acquaint you better with the place of your study. You can also take a tour of the entire city so that you can pick the places you would want to revisit in the future. Crime rate: The overall crime rate of Paris is 56.80, which is considered to be moderate. Paris is generally considered a safe city for both residents and tourists however street crimes remain a concern. Like all metropolitan cities, some areas of the city are considered safer than others but for specific crime rate statistics, we recommend you do some research of your own. Nearby Airports: Paris has two international airports so you can choose either of them. But if we go by distance, the Orly Airport is just 30 minutes away from the college campus so it might be preferable for you if you are looking to minimise the commuting time. Nearby Subways and train stations: The nearest subway stations from the college campus are about a ten minute drive away. Some of them are Tuleiries, Madeleine, Solférino and Concorde. Reaching the nearest bus stop would take almost the same time as it takes to reach the nearest subway station. The nearest bus stops are Pont des Invalides - Place de Finlande, Palais de la Decouverte and Pont Alexandre III. Since distance isn’t a deciding factor, we recommend you pick public transportation that suits you best.
