Felician University, founded in 1942 by the Felician Sisters, is one of the few Franciscan universities in the United States and the only one in New Jersey. On-Campus Accommodation&nbsp;

Residence halls are on-campus accommodation options for students at the university.

	<li>Felician University&#39;s suite-style facility is Elliot Terrace. Elliot Terrace allows Juniors and Seniors to reside there. Six students are traditionally housed in three doubles per suite. There are very few single rooms available and a small number of triple occupancy rooms.</li>
	<li>Students are housed in suites at Milton Court, consisting of two double-capacity rooms connected by a bathroom.</li>
	<li>Community television/activity lounges, laundry, and a courtyard with terrace and grill are all available in residence halls.</li>
	<li>Housing costs anywhere around&nbsp;$5,975 to $10,500 per semester</li>

Rutherford is a New York City suburb with a population of 18,398 people. Rutherford is located in Bergen County and is considered one of the nicest areas to live in the state of New Jersey. Rutherford residents enjoy a dense suburban feel, and most residents own their homes. There are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and parks in Rutherford. Rutherford is home to many young professionals, and its citizens are liberal. Rutherford&#39;s public schools are highly regarded.
