Murray State University

The MSU campus size is 253 acres. The campus is divided into a variety of sections including The Quad, the Central Campus, the West Campus and the Northern Campus. The Quad is the oldest part of the campus with the most recognizable buildings and is home to the Wrather West Kentucky Museum, which features a large auditorium. The Faculty Hall, Wells Hall and the Business Building are also located on the western edge of The Quad. In the eastern side of The Quad is located The Lowry Center, Pogue Library and the Price Doyle Fine Arts Center, which is the tallest building on campus and houses a theater, an art gallery and television studios. The Central Campus is home to the Martha Layne Collins Center for Industry and Technology, Blackburn Science Building, Oakley Applied Science Building, the Waterfield Library and the Ordway Hall which is the most historic building on campus since it was built in 1930. The West Campus is home to the Alexander Hall which houses classrooms and offices for the college of education and it is also home to the Biology building and the Clock Tower. The northern campus is home to the sports facilities including the Roy Stewart Stadium, The CFSB Center and the Susan E. Bauernfeind Student Recreation and Wellness Center.
