General Information
NU offers multiple scholarships to international students to afford their study in the USA. The undergraduate and graduate students receive scholarships on the basis of merit. Around 75% of students receives financial aid each year
Grant and scholarship assistance of $296 million for the 2019-20 academic year.
Guidelines for merit-based scholarships are:
- Must be in the top 10-15% of the applications submitted at the time of admission.
- The scholarship is awarded between $10,000 and $28,000 annually.
- Undergraduate admission and fall freshman applications are only considered.
- The application deadline is January 1.
- Students can work off-campus as well as in-campus through the NU Institutional Employment program, especially for International Students.
