There are 36 residence halls in the University divided between East Green, South Green, and West Green.

Each year, nearly 3,600 new students enrol at Ohio University&#39;s Athens campus. Ohio University performs a careful examination of admissions applications, looking for evidence of academic preparedness in a solid college-preparatory curriculum. They consider the applicant&#39;s academic ability, class rank, and grade point average.

Financial Aid

The rural campus of Ohio Universities, which is on 1830 acres and is organised into four sections, overlooks the Hocking River.

The first section is known as College Green, and it consists of a central quadrilateral grass that is surrounded by key campus buildings - Manasseh Cutler Hall is a national landmark, as are the Arts and Sciences building, McGuffey Hall, and the College Gateway, which are all depicted in the university&#39;s 200-year-old emblem.
