The PSB Academy is an Educational institution located in Singapore that was established in 1964. It was once a division of the National Productivity Board (NPB) in Singapore.
In 1988, it was formalised into a complete institution as the Institute for Productivity Training (IPT) for upgrading the skills and knowledge of the workforce. Later, by the year 2001, it was corporatized and in 2006, it was finally privatised with the name PSB Academy.
The PSB Academy currently has two campuses in Singapore-
One of which is the city campus being located at Marina Square and the other campus, STEM campus at Jackson Square in Toa Payoh. Facts: 1. PSB Academy was awarded with the Best Educational Institute- Singapore by the APAC Insider, Singapore Business Awards in the year 2019. 2. The Singapore Business Review National Business Awards had awarded the PSB Academy with the National Business Award Winner (Education) in the years 2017 and 2018. 3. In 2019, the Jobs Central Learning T.E.D. Awards were won by the PSB Academy for Accounting, Languages, Engineering, Computer Science, Hospitality and Sciences. 4. It was also awarded with the Provider of Largest MBA Programmes Award in 2018 by the Singapore Business Review Business Rankings Awards. 5. In 2018, the EC-Council Global Awards awarded the Academy with the EC-Council Academia Best New Comer Award.

About

On-campus facilities: All the students need to prepare their accommodations before the classes start and therefore, it is necessary to find the place beforehand so that you can rest assured. Also, it is necessary to apply and book the accommodation place quickly as the accommodation options fill up quickly. Hence, the university provides On-Campus Accommodations so that the students can comfortably stay in a secured place within the campus. The PSB Academy provides the students with Hostel facilities known as the Pearl Hill which is located at 201 Pearl’s Hill Terrace. They also offer apartments facilities to the students known as the Bugis that is located at 33 Liang Seah Street. Off-campus facilities: If you are a person who prefers to stay independently and with all the freedom, then the various off-campus facilities might be useful to you. Off-campus facilities are best for students in their senior years when they have adjusted to the new cities' lifestyle. Singapore offers a huge range of accommodation facilities for the students like homestays, purpose built student accommodation, student houses, flats, studio rooms, etc. You can opt for any of these facilities according to your budget and needs. Food facilities (Availability of vegetarian/Indian food): Food has always been a major issue for all International students, especially for the Indian students; therefore, it would be nice to know that Singapore has a variety of dishes from diverse cultures including various Indian dishes. It also has various restaurants nearby that provide Indian foods like Curry Magic, Jaggi’s Northern Indian Cuisine, Khansama Tandoori Restaurant, We Desi- Indian Bistro, etc.
