Overview
The University was established in 1977, by the name of "Christian Broadcasting Network University". The University offers various traditional and distance courses. More than 8000 students are enrolled every year in UG and PG courses.
In the year 1984, Regent received accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The University opened a second campus at Alexandria, Virginia in 1995. Only 77 students were first enrolled in the university, which has now become 8000.
