The University of Delaware provides foreign students a limited number of financing choices in the form of scholarships to all full-time degree-seeking overseas students. The scholarships are given out depending on the candidates' merits or other achievements.

The student must maintain a 3.0 GPA and complete 12 credits each semester to be eligible for the UD Trustee Scholarship. The prize money is 16,000 USD.
The student must maintain a 3.0 GPA and complete 12 credits every semester to be eligible for the UD Presidential Scholarship. 13000 USD in prize money
The student must maintain a 3.5 GPA and complete 12 credits every semester to be eligible for the UD Provost Scholarship. 7000 USD in prize money
The Delaware Scholar Award requires a 3.25 GPA and the completion of 12 courses every semester. The prize money is 2500 USD.
