The University of Georgia (UGA or Georgia) is a public land-grant research university with its main campus in Athens, Georgia. The Museum of Art, the UGA golf course, and the Georgia State Botanical Garden are all located on Georgia University&#39;s Central Campus. There are also apartment-style residence halls on this site.

The Health Sciences Campus has a long and illustrious history in the Athens community. The AU/UGA Medical Relationship, the College of Public Health, and other health-related programs are all located there.
