The University of Southern Queensland invests approximately AUD 5.2 million in a student support fund that provides academic and financial assistance to both domestic and international students.
Australian Government and USQ provide scholarships for international students to study in Australia if they have excelled academically and have a strong desire to positively impact the world.
Following are a few of the scholarships that are offered, along with information on their names, benefits, and sums awarded to international students -
- FutureNow Scholarships -
Postgraduate and doctoral students can apply for a scholarship worth AUD 7,500. The students are given a scholarship worth AUD 10,000 for authorised research, travel, and conferences. Academic excellence is considered when choosing students.
- International Accommodation Scholarships -
This grant is awarded to undergraduate and graduate students depending on the price of housing at USQ Toowoomba Residential Colleges. Students must fulfil the prerequisites for residential colleges.
- International Student Support Scholarships -
Research, graduate, and undergraduate students are all eligible for this prize. The scholarship pays for 25% of the university's particular program's tuition. Based on merit and academic performance, students are chosen.
