Amsterdam University of Applied Science was established in 1993 which makes it a relatively young institution. 
In 2018 they celebrated their 25th anniversary and have come a long way since its establishment. Facts: 1. The University offers 96 degree programs including bachelor's, master's and associate programs. 2. The international student percentage in the university is 3.3%. 3. According to HBO monitor 2019 stats 96% of university students have found paid jobs. 4. There are seven faculties of study at the university ranging from technology to business. 5. The programs of the university have been accredited by NVAO (Netherlands-Flemish Accreditation Organisation).

On-campus facilities: There are on-campus accommodations available but in limited numbers as compared to the number of students enrolled in the university. As for the accommodation you'll get all the facilities you'd need for a comfortable stay like: 1. Basic furniture like beds, chairs, tables etc. 2. Wardrobe, lounge and laundry facility. Off-campus facilities: You can find your own off-campus accommodations through private markets, as well as online marketplaces. You can contact housing agencies, your social network for some housing connections. Also it's a good tip to share Accommodation as the rent is high in Amsterdam. The facilities will vary from accommodation to accomodation but basic things would be available. Food facilities (Availability of vegetarian/Indian food): Amsterdam has a variety of food facilities available and in case you're vegan, there’s vegan food available too. If you want a vegan meal you can look for these food places: 1. Men Impossible 2. Little Plant Pantry 3. Deer Mama 4. Trevi’s Although it is advised to go for many vegan grocery markets and supermarkets that are available due to their affordability.
