<p>Canadore College is a public-funded college of applied arts and technology located in North Bay, Ontario, Canada. It was founded in the year 1967 as a campus of Sudbury&rsquo;s Cambrian College, and then became an independent institution in 1972. Over the span of 25 years, the college grew up to be one of the remarkable Indigenous Educational Curriculum providers in Canada.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Canadore College is a leader in Indigenous Education and delivers more than 20 programs across Ontario in the communities we serve. This specialization has taken more than 25 years to build but is rooted in the foundation of long-term partnership and reciprocity.</p>

<h3><strong>On-Campus Accommodation</strong></h3>

<p>The college hostel is appropriate for international students. They offer free breakfast and also give free Wi-Fi. All linens towels and other basic requirements are provided by the hostel.&nbsp;All the residential houses are well-equipped with basic facilities like mess, laundry, internet service, 24*7 security, support, etc. There are also several affordable places for students to enroll outside the campus.</p>

<h3><strong>Off-Campus Accommodation</strong></h3>

<p>If any student can&rsquo;t get the on-campus accommodation facility by the university by any chance, they can always opt for the off-campus accommodation. Students can rent any flat or different types of apartments like private apartments, shared apartments, studio apartments, etc. depending on their budget and interest. The average cost of an apartment ranges between CA$1,200-1,400 per month.</p>

<h3><strong>Part-Time Jobs</strong></h3>

<p>To deal with their financial problems, students are allowed to do part-time jobs. Students can do part-time work a maximum of 10 hours per week for 20 weeks or 200 hours. Personal business, freelancing or any other self-employment isn&rsquo;t allowed for international students.</p>

<h3><strong>Internships</strong></h3>

<p>Canadore College&nbsp;also offers&nbsp;its students with many internship opportunities to gain some professional, in-field experience as well as some salary to aid their financial situations. The Career Development Department,&nbsp;managed by the Student Services Department along with the administration, supports the students in finding a suitable internship. They also help in improving cover letters, resumes, interviews, job search assistance, meeting calls, etc.</p>

<p>Canadore College has four campuses, which is, Aviation Technology Campus, Commerce Court Campus, and the Education Centre also known as College Drive Campus in North Bay, Ontario, and one campus in Parry Sound, Ontario.
