Lynn University is a private university located in Boca Raton, Florida. Lynn University was established in 1962, Originally it was a women&rsquo;s junior college named Marymount College. Later the name was changed to College of Boca Raton, then in 1991 It was changed to Lynn University. The housing facilities at the university are no less than to be called a paradise. They provide housing at a very reasonable price and all the surrounding facilities are just at a walking distance from the residence.&nbsp;There are 4 residence halls, 2 residence centers, and 1 hotel for Lynn students. The campus, housing, and other facilities are within walking distance. Traditional utilities, cable, free Wi-Fi facility, and other amenities are available for students&rsquo; convenience. Dining facilities are available in Mary&rsquo;s Kitchen. Meal plans are mandatory for undergraduate students residing on-campus.

Lynn University provides financial aid to its international students through merit-based scholarships. These scholarships are provided to all academic majors except conservatory of music and social entrepreneurship majors. Following are the scholarships provided at Lynn University:

The presidential scholarship grant is based on intellectual curiosity, commitment to community services, and the academic excellence of students. It is renewed every year when students maintain a 3.0 CGPA. ACT/SAT scores are also considered at the time of the evaluation process.</li>
	<li>Lynn merit scholarship:&nbsp;The scholarship amount ranges from 7,000 to 18,000 USD. It is available to freshmen students of every major. They must be full-time students. A minimum high school GPA of 2.0 and a minimum of 920 SAT scores are required to be eligible for this scholarship. It is renewed when students maintain a 2.0 GPA in an academic year.</li>

The athletics facility, which was built in 1993, is where the Lynn University volleyball, men&#39;s, and women&#39;s basketball teams play their home games.
