The State University of New York College at Plattsburgh (SUNY Plattsburgh or Plattsburgh State College) is a public college in Plattsburgh, New York. The college was founded in 1889 and officially opened in 1890. The SUNY Plattsburgh main campus consists of 36 buildings on 256 acres (1.04 km2), in an area just west of the intersection of Broad Street and Rugar Street. The college offers more than 60 baccalaureate degrees and a wide variety of minors.

General Information
SUNY Plattsburgh provides more than $4.0 million in scholarships and grants to undergraduate students, funded by the college or foundation. Unless otherwise specified, the following programs are only available to undergraduate students enrolled in a degree program and pursuing their first bachelor’s degree.
- The NYS Excelsior Scholarship can help students to attend SUNY Plattsburgh tuition-free. It covers any remaining tuition liability after the NYS TAP Grant, federal Pell Grant, and other sources of grants and scholarships. Funding for the program is contingent on support in the NYS executive budget.
- Students get financial aid through FAFSA.
